CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin 10/10 mg
A Growth Hormone Releasing Combination — A Plain-Language Guide
A two-peptide combination that stimulates your pituitary gland to release more growth hormone (GH) by hitting two different pathways.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin = natural GH boost + better recovery + improved body composition.
What is it?
- CJC-1295 — a GHRH analogue. Tells your pituitary to produce and release GH.
- Ipamorelin — a GHRP. Amplifies the GH pulse and suppresses somatostatin (the hormone that blocks GH release).
CJC-1295 = press the gas pedal. Ipamorelin = release the brake. Together = stronger, cleaner GH pulse.
What it does
- Stimulates natural growth hormone release (not synthetic GH)
- Supports muscle growth and recovery
- Promotes fat loss, especially stubborn body fat
- Improves sleep quality — GH is primarily released during deep sleep
- Supports anti-aging effects at the cellular level
- Aids joint and connective tissue recovery
Why timing matters
- Fasted state is key — insulin blunts GH release. Eating close to injection reduces effectiveness.
- Nightly dosing — amplifies the natural sleep-time GH pulse
- Consistency matters — results build over weeks, not overnight
What people notice
- Better sleep quality (often the first thing noticed)
- Improved recovery from workouts
- Gradual body recomposition over weeks
- Improved skin quality and texture
- Subtle increase in lean muscle over time
Side effects (real talk)
- Mild water retention early on
- Slight tingling or numbness (rare)
- Possible vivid dreams (from improved sleep cycles)
- Generally very well tolerated
Cycle length
| Phase | Duration |
|---|---|
| On-Cycle | 8–16 weeks |
| Off-Cycle | 4–8 weeks |
| Tapering | Not required |
